Why can't I order from you if I live outside the United States?
Due to the added complexities associated with shipping our products to international destinations, it is currently our policy not to ship orders to addresses outside the United States.
Why can't I find the product I want in the size I need?
Products are listed on the DC Company Store website according to availability. As products sell out, certain size and color combinations are removed from the site. If you don't see what you are looking for, it is because that particular product is not currently available on the DC Company Store website.
Where else can I look to find the product I want if you don't have it?
A DC retailer in your area may have the product you are looking for. To find a retailer near you, click here.
When can I expect my order to ship?
We are offering free shipping on all orders over $80! Order processing takes 1-3 business days to complete. Please expect your package 5-7 business days after it ships. Please note that as per our shipping policy, any order with a PO Box shipping address will be canceled.
How can I track my order's processing status?

Can I place an order over the phone?
We currently do not offer the option to order over the phone, all orders must go through the DC Online Store. For assistance in ordering online, please contact the Customer Service Department.
